When you take the assessment, we collect your answers about stress, sleep, energy, and body symptoms, along with your name and email address. If you purchase The Reset Kit, our payment provider also processes your payment details directly (we never see or store your card details ourselves).
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
These processors help us run this service, each under their own data protection terms:
Your assessment answers, plan, and progress are saved in your browser's local storage so the tool remembers where you left off. This stays on your own device, we don't have a separate copy of your day-to-day usage.
We keep your email and profile information for as long as you have an account with us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Under GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data at any time, or ask us to stop using it. Email info@bodywisdomhouse.com and we'll handle it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you feel we haven't handled your data properly.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site (page views, and for Clarity, anonymized session recordings and heatmaps). These only run if you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, neither tool is activated. We don't use advertising cookies. Aside from these, the only thing stored in your browser is the local progress data described above, which never leaves your device.
The Reset Kit is a digital, self-guided nervous-system regulation tool: an assessment, a personalized practice plan, and ongoing access to the full practice library. It is a one-time purchase with lifetime access, there is no subscription.
The current price is shown on the site at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Mollie. All charges are made in EUR regardless of the currency displayed to you.
You have 14 days from your purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked, even though The Reset Kit is delivered to you immediately. To request one, email info@bodywisdomhouse.com with your purchase email and we'll process it promptly.
The Reset Kit is a self-guided wellbeing tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be brought before the competent Dutch court.
